The Story of Blue Collar Athletics
My name is Peter and I founded this company in hopes of helping out my fellow “Industrial Athletes.” I have been an Industrial Athlete for over 22 years. For more than 2 decades I have always looked for proper clothing to help make my life a little better. While working outdoors and battling the elements, it is difficult to find durable materials and fabrics that last longer than 2 weeks, let alone for months or years.
My clothing, and soon-to-come accessories (beanies, arm sleeves, underwear, and winter cold gear thermals) are of the highest quality in the sector today. I am still at my current Package Car driving position and am planning on staying for another 10+ years. We have a sparse selection to choose from when looking for proper work attire; My goal is to produce better options of clothing than what the “Company” gives us or sells us. I hope to change that with Blue Collar Athletics LLC.
Our clothing has been specifically made for all weather conditions. The dual purposes of our material and high quality fabrics, is to offer protection from the elements. Our clothing can act as a superior base layer as well as to wearing by its self while working out at the gym or working on house hold chores. After trial and error and 5 years of “Field Testing,” our shirts have persevered the elements. My clothing is durable and non-pilling, and stays tucked at all times with a one-of-a-kind spandex bottom that hugs your hips.
